The Lease Management Tool/Minor Analysis Review System (LMT/MARS) is a key resource for the PBS Office of Facilities Management (OFM), available through the ACRE hub's web and mobile platforms. The mobile application supports offline access, enabling users to update and review records across multiple devices such as smartphones, tablets, and desktops, with synchronization occurring once a connection is established.

Detailed functionalities within LMT and MARS are outlined below:

• LMT functions as the official system of record for Lease Contracting Officers (CORs). It facilitates the documentation, monitoring, and reporting of programmatic issues impacting the management of leased properties. Its features include managing the Lease Inspection Form (GSA 500), various inspections—ad-hoc and specialized (e.g., child care inspections)—as well as communication records, submittals, and comprehensive COR documentation required to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
• MARS is designed to monitor and document physical non-compliance findings within buildings. Its purpose is to enhance oversight, facilitate sharing of best practices, and support organizational learning through capturing lessons learned. MARS offers functionalities such as Ad hoc Inspections and Checklists, file management, reporting tools, and record review capabilities.
